Description
The double membrane press is suitable to cover panels with round edges and other shaped surfaces. its structure consists of thick milled steel plates suitable to support the pressures needed for this kind of work. The hydraulic plant, with pre-filling system of the hydraulic cylinders, enables the quick opening and closing of the platens.
Membrane are fixed on the platens of the press and are made of special highly deformable and heat resistant material. The mobile platen is driven by a rack system during opening and closing.
The electric control board, with PLC and accessories, drives the different phases of the working cycle:
- setting of working pressure and temperature
- device for the re-establishment of the pressure
- push-buttons for opening and closing of press platen
- automatic timed opening
Different versions and sizes are always available on request.
