Cold presses are used in different fields, from woodworking industry to aviation and car industry, plastic industry and leather. The main advantage of cold pressing are best features with regard to the finished product. Main uses of cold press are finishing surface: Mdf, multilayer, OSB, doors, parquet, special working, chipboard.
The range includes standard presses for 2500 – 3000 – 3500×1300 mm. sizes, with 10 to 90 ton pressures, from 2 to 6 cylinders. Different versions and sizes are always available on request.
The moving table can be either the lower or the upper and can be split in 2 – 3 or more parts; the upper solution allows easier openings between the plates, higher then the standard 450 mm, thus it enables to increase the number of panels that can be pressed for each cycle.
The machines with upper moving plates can be fitted with retractable rollers on the fixed lower table to make loading and unloading operation easier.
